Next time I will check online to get an appointment to get an oil change for my vehicle then calling in for it. I got a sooner appointment so that I could get my vehicle done. But one question wasn't answered and your service desk person couldn't answer it. I asked why my oil change percentage went faster than the mileage because before it was the mileage not percent. She couldn't give me an answer. Also how can onstar tell about this vehicle when we don't have it anymore? I came 20 minutes early to an appointment to get an oil change and get my spare key programmed and was told it "Takes about an hour". I waited for well over 90 minutes before I told them I would come back for the programming because it was taking way too long. They said it would be another 15 minutes. After 15 more minutes I told them I would come back another time. Then I got told when I come back it will be 45 minutes. How is it 45 when you just told me 15 and lied about that, after I was originally told an hour? So I was told 45 minutes and I just got it done myself at home in 30. I had already made up my mind I wasnt returning. If you're incompetent and dont have your stuff together, just say that. Dont just keep lying and making excuses. Now I see why I've been told for years never to go to dealerships for service. And please stop calling and texting me to see how I'm doing, stop sending me mail and emails, that's dead. I'm NOT coming back.

I am not sure of who the gentleman was who helped me at the counter, but I hope you can look because he is absolutely amazing!!! I was very nervous coming in, because I know nothing about cars. My check engine had been on all weekend but had gone off that day, when I shared this with him he was very reassuring and explained that this can happen. He looked at the code and explained what needed to be done! He was very informative, but not condescending in any way. The problem had a warranty extension and he took care of all of that for me and gave me an honest assessment of time it would take. I waited while the service was done and it was two hours but the waiting area was very nice! When my car was done I was pleasantly surprised to get a free car wash!!! I assumed that since I didnt have to pay anything due to the warranty I would not get a car wash, but I did and that was amazing!!! Overall I really appreciated the service and the way I was treated throughout the process!

The best car buying experience from a dealership I’ve ever had. So much so I’ll be a repeat buyer. Most dealerships are like vultures worse than drug dealers. My daughter called me from Dave Wright Subaru balling her eyes out. That’s how bad they are. Billion is too notch non gimmicks.

Not totally satisfied with GM themselves could not use a $40 off coupon and could not use my GM points. Also had to pay $28 for a little over a quart of DEF which I feel is way overpriced. Satisfied with billions work not satisfied with GM’s computers

We brought the vehicle in back in July and was supposed to be called when parts were available. They said about 5 days. We called a month later asking about the parts and they said they had to check and get back to us. We never received a call back. I called again and they said phones the parts been here for a while. We scheduled an appointment and they said it would only take 30 minutes. My wife waited there for 1 hour and 40 minutes. When she asked how much longer it would be the service advisor realized that he forgot about it. He took off running and then come flying around unit the service center way to fast. This type of service is why we stopped buying vehicles from this location and now I guess we will stop having our vehicles serviced at this location. Poor experience, poor customer service all around!

This was my only bad experience since I bought my car 3 years ago. New checking system took longer than before. My bill was not printed when I got to pick up my car. The shuttle did not pick me up at the end of the day. I called and had to wait for someone as the shuttle driver had already left for the day. Filter prices were not disclosed before I agreed to have them changed.

I’ve been going there since I bought my car in 2022. Service is always great and spot on. My only disappointment is the Valpar coverage. They will cover nicks and dings with base color but do not add the metallic finish.
